Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

This policy applies to all online payments made via our website for MOT bookings.

Deposits

All MOT bookings require a £30 deposit. This deposit secures your appointment slot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments can be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.
• To make changes, please contact us directly by phone at +44 1234567.
• If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as an error in booking or service unavailability from our side. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
